CA Firearm Purchases are subject to approval by the CA Dept. Of Justice.  

A mandatory 10 day waiting period will be applied to your firearm purchase.

 - 20% Restocking fee will be applied to all refunds due to a cancelled / denied DROS inquiry

 - Outside FFL Transfers in which DROS is cancelled / denied will be subject to a 100% forfeit of fees paid and responsible for shipping fees to return firearm to original FFL

*All firearms transferred must be CA Compliant - HFFT LLC is not responsible for the receipt of non-compliant firearms and said firearms will be immediately returned to the originating FFL at the purchasers expense.

 - Standard Eligibility Check

     - In the case of denial, customer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as the the $1 eligibility check fee

 - Basic Eligibility Check

     - In the case of denial, customer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as the $19 eligibility check fee

*All Ammunition transferred from an online order must be CA Compliant - In the case of a denied background check, the ammunition will be returned to the originating website.
